Traditional with a Twist: Wander Collection
Hello, friends! Traditional 12x12 layouts are always a staple, but what if they had a twist? This spread has thirteen photos on this one spread! Amazing!

Ashley Horton: 12x12 Layout with Wander Kits

One of my favorite things about creating a 12x12 layout is using a subtle pattern for my full background. I loved the sepia map design on this 12x12 paper from the Wander Bonus 12x12 papers and knew it would be perfect as the full background. It's one of those papers that gives background interest, but still allows your photos and embellishments to really stand out.

For the photos on the layout, I created a photo strip grid. We were only in Philly for one night and the next day, so I wanted to try to cover most of everything we did on this one 12x12 layout. I wanted to have a white border around all of the photo strips to help them stand out from the background paper and also add that photo booth look.

I wanted to keep my embellishments around the photos in the center of the layout. I used a mix of the adhesive die cuts, enamel dots, and alpha stickers from the Wander Traveler's Notebook Memory Keeping Kit and Wander Modern Memory Keeping Kit, in embellishment clusters on each of the sides of the photos. And once I had those in place, I finished off my layout with a few sticker phrases from the Wander Memory Keeping Sticker Kit, layered over my photos.
