Travel Album with Wander Collection
Hello, friends! Mini-albums are a favorite around here and a travel mini-album really takes the cake! This album will surely inspire you to document your out-of-town adventures.

Carol Weatherspoon: Travel Album

It's Carol today and I have a fun travel album to share using the beautiful Wander Traveler's Notebook Memory Keeping Kit. Since this is a travel-themed collection, I thought it would be fun to create a tag album. It's always good to have basic dies in your stash like tags, circles, rectangles, etc. because they come in really handy for a project like this. For the album cover, I used two different patterned papers and I also used the stamp set to create even more patterns. I added a photo and a few die cuts and I also cut the ADV sentiment from another tag that's included in the Wander Traveler's Notebook Memory Keeping Kit. To finish off the front, I added ribbon from the Wander Classified: Memory Keeping Kit and tied a bow on the O-ring holding the album together. My family and I recently went on vacation to a Dude Ranch and the Wander Collection was a perfect fit for my photos.     The patterned paper is absolutely gorgeous and I used a map and a small label to add the date to my first photo. Next, I used one of the sentiment tags for my page and I just love the graphic look of the chevron pattern.     I then used a smaller tag die to cut the next four pages of my album. I love using different sizes to add even more interest. The next page uses my favorite patterned paper, the woodgrain. It looks so real, you can almost feel the texture. It went perfectly with the photo of our room.     Next, I used one of the acrylic tags included in the Wander Classified: Memory Keeping Kit and I added a little texture paste from my stash because I think it looks cool. Also, one of the things I love to do is add text from my computer and run the patterned paper through my printer to add my title.   [gallery columns="2" size="full" link="none" ids="887776,887775"]   For the next two pages, I used similar colors for the patterned paper and a few die cuts to continue telling the story. And lastly, my final page has a photo of my family and I added all of my journaling to that page along with a few die cuts and glitter enamel dots. I cannot say enough about the Wander Collection, it's perfect for all of your travel adventures whether it be by land or sea!
