Hello, friends! The Quiet Meadow Simple Dori is a standard-size traveler's notebook booklet that has been a long-time staple for memory-keepers. The layout is an ideal small-scale format for telling smaller stories, and journaling our mini albums. But what if we could unlock more of its potential by reimagining its purpose? In this post, I'm sharing three ways to utilize the simple dori for your planner!

Simple Dori Idea #1: Pattern Paper for your Planner Spreads

While the pattern papers from the collection are excellent, they are sometimes a little thick to use on planner spreads. On the other hand, the Quiet Meadow Simple Dori is flat and less thick, providing the perfect dimension for decorating your planner pages. Here, I decorated a monthly divider in this book-bound notebook. Using strips of paper from the Quiet Meadow Simple Dori like washi, I was able to pull several of the gorgeous patterns from the Quiet Meadow Collection and feature them on this spread.¬†    

Simple Dori Idea #2: Planner Dashboards

There are always a few large quotes in the Quiet Meadow Simple Dori making simple yet beautiful dashboards. Simply trim out the page, punch holes and you are done! I included a tab for the Quiet Meadow Planner Add-On Kit¬†, too.    

Simple Dori Idea #3: Stamped Die Cuts and Journal Spots

The blank pages in the Simple Dori are useful, too! Here I stamped the journal tag image from the Quiet Meadow Traveler's Notebook Memory Keeping Kit, trimmed it out, and adhered it to my reading journal page. You could also trim out the blank pages for lists and bullet journal spreads in your planner as well.¬†¬†   How do you use the Simple Dori in your planner?
