I started out as a 12x12 scrapbooker and I always thought I would stay with that size. But I have to admit, that now I really love the smaller Traveler's Notebook size. And the Quiet Meadow Simple Dori in the Quiet Meadow Traveler's Notebook Memory Keeping Kit makes it so easy to put a layout together. Everything is coordinated perfectly and it makes for quick and easy crafting. One of my favorite papers in the Quiet Meadow Traveler's Notebook Memory Keeping Kit was definitely the butterfly background!!
I had some photos from our local zoo, that I took in the butterfly house, and I wanted to document them with this paper. I printed two of my photos and placed them on the left-hand side of the layout. And then I used the alpha sticker from the Quiet Meadow Memory Keeping Sticker Kit to create the title for my page.
I wanted something that would stand out against the butterfly paper, so I chose this beautiful pocket card from the Quiet Meadow Modern Memory Keeping Kit. I love the contrast of the black against the butterflies. Then I finished off my layout with some of the embellishments from both kits.
