I chose a simple design in my Marigold & Honey SimpleDaisy Notebook for the background of this spread, as I wanted to have a clean and stylized spread. So, my option was to go for a grid design that balances photos, title, and journaling in a balanced way on my spread.

 

 

First, I needed to create quadrants on my spread; I cut strips from the 6x8 papers in the Marigold & Honey Scrapbook kit and adhered them along the center of the entire spread. Next, I added my photos on the top and bottom right quadrants. I added a small sentiment from the chipboard stickers in the kit in between the photos to tie them together and added a few embellishments (all from the Marigold & Honey Scrapbook kit) to the photos.

 

The title of my spread is placed in the top left quadrant of the spread. I am using a combination of the puffy alphas, round fabric embellishments, rub-ons and a stamped image -all from the Marigold & Honey Scrapbook kit-. This left the bottom left quadrant for my journaling and an extra stamped sentiment.

 

 

To complete my spread, I added a few more Marigold & Honey Scrapbook kit’s rub-ons around the embellishment clusters to tie all the quadrants together in the Marigold & Honey SimpleDaisy Notebook spread. I just love how this turned out in my Marigold & Honey SimpleDaisy Notebook! The Marigold & Honey collection is just what you need to document your memories. I cannot wait to see what you create with it.
