I mainly document recent memories, but I thought looking back through my photo library and choosing a past moment to record would be fun. The Quiet Meadow Collection was perfect for this layout about a family day at the park.

To begin, I selected a plain grid spread in the Quiet Meadow Simple Dori to use as a base for my project. I trimmed a few patterned papers to layer behind my photo to provide some color on the page. I loved the vellum heart die cuts from the Quiet Meadow Traveler's Notebook Memory Keeping Kit, so I stapled one to a patterned paper, trimmed around the die cut, and layered it onto my photo. The patterned paper helped the sentiment printed on the heart to stand out from the image. Below the picture, I added some layered stamping with the Quiet Meadow Traveler's Notebook Memory Keeping Kit stamp and included the date with a roller date stamp from my stash.

I printed my journaling on clear matte sticker paper and added it to a die-cut tag from the Quiet Meadow Traveler's Notebook Memory Keeping Kit. The tag blended into the page, so I inked around the edges with brown stamping ink and tucked the tag behind my photo. An embossed puffy sticker butterfly and a phrase sticker from the Quiet Meadow Classified: Memory Keeping Kit were perfect to finish off the page.

For the other side of the layout, I trimmed a patterned paper for the background. I selected a pocket card from the Quiet Meadow Modern Memory Keeping Kit and used puffy alpha stickers from a previous kit and the Wander Alpha stamp to create the title. I wanted to add more interest to the card, so I trimmed it into a tag shape, added some twine, and stapled it to the page. For a bit more texture, I added a pretty floral embossed puffy sticker to the tag.
