Memory Planning with Lillian's Garden Kits

Memory Planning with Lillian's Garden Kits
Hello, friends! We love "Memory Planning Monday", our chance to feature the memory-keeping collection in our favorite hybrid of scrapbooking and planning. Keep reading to the Lillian's Garden Collection put to great to use!

This year I am using the Daisy Planner for my weekly documentation. I enjoy recording the big and small stories that make up my week. The Lillian's Garden Collection was perfect for this April spread in my memory planner.
To begin the project, I added the dates with the number stamp from the Lillian's Garden Modern Memory Keeping Kit and green ink. I love the bold font of this new stamp set! After adding the dates, I arranged my photos and included a large striped box sticker from the Lillian's Garden Modern Memory Keeping Kit along the left side of the page. Next, I printed my journaling onto clear sticker paper and added it to the spread.
Once I had my photos and journaling in place, I chose puffy stickers, die cuts, and label stickers to embellish the pages. Then, I added some rub-ons from the MMK kit to a few areas and included a bit of faux stitching with the Lillian's Garden Traveler’s Notebook Memory Keeping Kit stamp and black ink.
Because I had an extra photo I wanted to include, I created a simple flip-up using thin paper for the hinge. I stapled a scalloped label die cut onto the edge of the photo flip-up and used a patterned paper to back the photo. I like the interest an interactive element provides!

The pocket cards from the Lillian's Garden Modern Memory Keeping Kit are great for filling in empty spaces on the layout. I trimmed down one of the cards to better fit the page and added it to the bottom of the layout. To complete the spread, I layered some word and phrase stickers from the Lillian's Garden Memory Keeping Sticker Kit and Lillian's Garden Classic Sticker Kit onto my photos. They are perfect for adding small details and pops of color. I love how this week in my Daisy Planner turned out using the Lillian's Garden Collection. Happy creating!
