Ashley Horton: Memory Planner with Dandelion Wishes Kits

I am so excited to be working in the Daisy Planner for my Memory Planner pages this year! And, I love using my Cocoa Daisy Kits to document each week! I usually use the same format for each spread, and the first thing I do is start with my dates. For this spread, I used the General Store Number stamp set. Once I have my dates stamped, I go ahead and place my photos where I want them.   Even though this spread is for the month of March, the April Dandelion Wishes Collection still worked perfectly for it. The first day of spring fell on this week, and I knew the colors and themes from the Dandelion Wishes Modern Memory Keeping Kit, Dandelion Wishes Travelers Notebook Memory Keeping Kit and Dandelion Wishes Memory Keeping Sticker Kit would work great for embellishing my meory planning spread.   Once I had all of my photos in place, then I was ready to add the embellishments and stickers from the Kits. The adhesive-backed die cuts from the Dandelion Wishes Modern Memory Keeping Kit¬†and Dandelion Wishes Travelers Notebook Memory Keeping Kit are always great for adding fun touches to the empty spaces on my spread. And, I was also able to use the stamp set from the Dandelion Wishes Modern Memory Keeping Kit¬†to add little pops of color with my Distress Oxide Inks that matched the colors in the Kits.   Sometimes when I'm working on my week, I have more photos and/or journaling for one of the days. This happened with Saturday for this week. So, I used a vellum pocket from my stash and added it to the Saturday spot with some red line tape. Then I used a piece of paper from the Dandelion Wishes Simple Dori in the Dandelion Wishes Travelers Notebook Memory Keeping Kit that I cut to fit the pocket. I placed my photos on the front and back of the paper and also added my journaling to it, so I could slip it right into the vellum pocket. Then I used the Die Cut Alphas to add a fun title on the outside of the vellum. There are so many fun ways to use your Cocoa Daisy Kits in your Memory Planner, in whatever way you are documenting this year.
