Memory Planning Catchup with Nordic Skies
Hello, friends!
Okay, so you may be a little behind on your 2022 Memory Planning, but that is OKAY! Grab the Nordic Skies Collection, pick a week, and get started! You’ll be surprised at how versatile this collection is for documenting any week of the year.
Confession: I have about six weeks to finish my 2022 Daisy Planner for memory planner, but I'm not giving up! Instead, I'm putting my Nordic Skies Collection to good use. While this collection has a wintery theme, the colors, patterns, and most embellishments work well for any time of year. For this spread, I'm documenting a week in October that didn't have any seasonal focus and perfectly matched the collection's colors!
I used a horizontal spread from the Daisy Planner in my previous memory planning post. I love having the option of both horizontal and vertical spreads and use them both interchangeably in my memory planner. I did something a little different and spread all the Saturday photos across both the Saturday and Sunday boxes. I didn't have much to document on Sunday so this worked out perfectly. My favorite items for memory planning include the Travelers Notebook Memory Keeping Kit, the Memory Keeping Stamp Sets the Planner Add-On Kit, and the Memory Keeping Sticker Kit.
I especially loved the stamps from this collection for adding simple embellishments to boxes and photos. And I'm always reaching for prompt stickers (found on the small sheet from the Memory Keeping Sticker Kit), Alpha's, and word strips to help tell my stories.
I utilized one of the tabs from the Noric Skies Planner Add-On Kit for an interactive element made with white cardstock. A large rub-on filled in the white space under the flip-up nicely. 
Journal cards work great for covering large areas of white space. Here, I trimmed down one of the 4x6 cards from the Noric Skies Planner Add-On Kit to decorate the column on the left. Sometimes I stamp the month in this section but decided I wanted the quote and the beautiful watercolor pattern instead.
