We've heard from you; you love the Cocoa Daisy papers in both the memory keeping kits and the planner kits, but you'd also like some ideas on how to use them all up! I'm here with you today to share a few ideas I had as I set up my planner for the month of May.
Grab a cup of your favorite beverage and let's dive in! I have several pictures as well as 2 videos to share with you!
I started the month making some covers for my traveler's notebook inserts. Here's a look at how they turned out!
Here's the link to the video showing how I made the covers : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VcQ8ZmJnrC4&t=79s
You can also use the papers to mat the pictures you add to your Daisy Dori booklet. I think it ties the pictures together and gives your book a cohesive look.
You can also use the papers just for fun! I love when kit items are functional, and I do use the papers in that way, but I created this card just because I thought it was pretty! It's tucked into the front pocket of my planner.
I also use the papers to give my planner accessories a new look to match the current Cocoa Daisy kit. Here, I used paper and a dashboard to make a cover for my mini album of stickers.
You can also laminate the paper and write on it with a permanent marker (and erase it with an alcohol wipe) so that you can use it over and over again. Here is a grocery list marker that marks my current week on my meal planning insert with my current grocery list. It's nice to grab the list and go!
I do use the kit papers to decorate and cover the front of my Daisy Dori each month, too! Simple and beautiful!
Usually, each month, I use the 3 larger pieces of paper in the main planner kit to use inside my dashboard inserts. I'll leave you with a video I filmed showcasing all the papers and how I utilized them this month! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w6u_q6lyWiM&t=73s
Thanks for following along with me!
Happy Planning!
