Mady Stoner: Planning with the Journaling Kit
Hello everyone! It's Mady from @mostly_mady and today I'm sharing how I used Penelope Journaling Kit stickers to plan out the first week of February. I am obsessed with florals and bright colors, so this month's theme was right up my alley! The day stickers worked perfectly to cover up at the top and help make each day stand out better.
I used more sticker letters to mark the days and times I work. In the bottom space, I created my packing list as we will be preparing for a trip to Florida. I love starting my lists early so I can continue to add on as the event gets closer and I think of more items I don't want to forget.
I like to add important items to a sticky note to ensure it will catch my eye when I come back to refer to the page. That's why I also love the outlined shapes to make events stand out during the week. I used the My Everyday to-do list sticky note from the Penelope Journaling Kit to remind myself of important tasks/events during the week to help them stand out. The washi tape was a great way to ensure it stays in there while also being adorable!
Since we will be packing for a trip to Florida, I used letter stickers from the Penelope Journaling Kit to spell out the 'packing list' and started writing down things I want to make sure we don't forget. I tied it together with a beautiful floral sticker and a washi tape strip that matched in color.
My son is starting a new activity and we plan to make a family day of it so I added a reminder to find a brunch spot for us to go to afterward. I used another beautiful floral sticker to fill up the blank space.
