You don't have to just put your focus on being grateful in November, you can do it all year round and what if I told you that you can do it in your planner?!  I know CRAZY, but let me show you some of mine from this year...
I decided to start this process in February 2020 and continued with it up till now.  Each day I would write or type in something I was grateful for.  If I missed a day or two I would go back.  There is always something to be grateful for and it can change your whole mind frame.  TRUST me!
On the opposite side I write a note to myself.  This is something I may need to focus on, being kinder to myself or like the one from March 2020.  Don't forget who you are, I'm a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter and a friend.  The meaning behind this is to remember that I'm loved.
I think with the year we've had my intuition knew I would need this in my life.  If having a coffee in the morning that you got to drink while still hot is all you have to be grateful for that day, then document it, write it in.  It's all worth it.
You can decorate it as much or as little as you like.  Some weeks I would be feeling it and decorate not just the note side but both and then others like this week, I just did the bare minimum.
In August I changed things up a little and decided to go with my own handwriting, I wanted to be more open to be grateful for what I have, like my own ability to write.
September I kept with my own handwriting as I did in October and even known I have in the beginning of November, I feeling the need to go back to the typewriter.
You don't have to wait until 2021, you don't even have to wait for a new month.  You can start today!  You don't have to do a section like I do, you add it within your daily lists.  What ever you decide, just go with it!
