Preparing Journal Pages with the Solstice Kit
Hey everyone! Rachel here, and I am sharing a slightly different planner post today. For the last few months, I have used the Daisy Dori for my faith journal, and I thought it would be...
Sorry, looks like we don't have enough of this product.

"On the right I simply concentrated on the photos of the books I read by adding a frame created with a stamp and cut out by hand."
"On the left, I played with a title created using digital stamps by Kellie Stamps combined with some stamps that are part of my stash. I added the caption and the date stamp, a couple of embellishments and that's it." Evy's creative title draws us in and easily tells the story for her simple yet stunning layout.
Next Rachel shares a layout in her memory planner. "Some weeks, I don’t have many photos, but that doesn’t mean I should refrain from memory planning! For this spread, I only had three photos, but each photo gave a snapshot into what happened this week. Less photos means more opportunity! I printed the photos larger than the column width and ignored the weekly layout all together."
"I wanted to try adding bold titles to each photo cluster and I love how it turned out. Each title was created using the alphas from the various Solstice Kits. To vary the titles a little, I aligned them three different ways. For the “New I Pad” title, I placed the title horizontally under the photo."
"With the “Brickell Key Run” title, I stacked the alpha’s vertically on a scrap paper that I trimmed into a banner and placed it directly next to my photo, to the right."
"Lastly, the “Build IKEA Alex Drawer” was also place next to the photo, but on the left side, with the alpha’s right aligned."
"I stuck to a blue, yellow and pink color palette in this spread and I love how it turned out! If you want to see how this spread came together, head to my YouTube channel to watch a memory planning process video." We love Rachel's idea for creating bold titles across her memory planner two page spread!
