A peek inside my April planner

A peek inside my April planner
Hello Daisies! Happy April! I am so ready for spring as I am sure everyone else is too and I thought I would give a little peek inside my April planner using the amazing Poppy Fields kit. This kit is definitely one of my top fives. First up how beautiful is this April dashboard from the dashboard kit!?! I cut down the A5 size one to a B6 size (5x7). This is my first time trying B6 rings and I'm a little nervous lol! The dashboard kit is so versatile. You can use them as is or dress them up to your liking. This one I simply added a couple of punched butterflies and a tab. Easy peasy. Next up I used the A5 dashboard and add on of the pocket cards over quote because I wanted the paint splatters to show behind the card to give it a bit of depth. I print two of the sheets from the printables so I could cut the floral sprays to add to the top and bottom. This section is for my monthly bills. The middle of my planner is my monthly, weekly and daily sections. The art this month is giving me life and I especially love this girl art. I added a few vellum butterflies for a bit of dimension. I also used a piece of one of the backings to adhere a few sticky notes to and punched to slip in my planner. The last photo here shows the start of the week. I usually do my planning during the weekend so I do all my stickering for the following week then. I have in the past added stickers for each week in advance but found that I would rather do it each week as I may change my mind on how I want the spread to look. One of my favorite stickers are the clip board list stickers. I use them mostly on Monday and Thursdays since those are the two days I get stuff done. I made a small page marker using the April calendar card and a few die cuts to pretty up, punched it and made slits in the punched circles so I can easily take it out for the next week without having to open my rings up. I also made a video doing a more in depth walk through showing more dashboards and such. https://youtu.be/Rreu15EQ3N4 Enjoy and have a great day!   Lisa
