Stick It Saturday: So Many Options!

Stick It Saturday: So Many Options!
Hello, friends! Here at Cocoa Daisy, we like stickers, A LOT. Not only do we have eight sticker kits to choose from, but there are stickers and/or adhesive-backed die cuts ( more stickers!) in every other kit we offer! Whether you are planning or memory-keeping, you are bound to find the stickers just right for you.

Jennie McGarvey: Memory Planning

[embed]https://youtu.be/MpVSwR1hxBI[/embed]   Stickers are the real MVP. I know what you're thinking - they are not my favorite supply! They do not have to be your favorite but they are so versatile and can be used in so many ways, and that is why I think they are the MVP!   I used the Doodles & Dashes II Memory Keeping Sticker Kit, Doodles & Dashes II Daisy Add-On Sticker Kit, and the Doodles & Dashes Classic Sticker Kit to plan this week in my memory planner. I just love this collection and I plan on using it as much as I can. Honestly, these stickers are going to get a ton of use. And in planning - either functional or memory, the stickers are the way to go. They are flat and do not add bulk, they can be decorative, they can be functional or you can use good old alpha stickers to be both!   I love to use stickers for clusters and layering. Creating complex clusters is so easy with stickers without bulking up your projects the same way you would with chipboard or puffy stickers. I love to add a background - in this case, a box sticker from the Doodles & Dashes II Memory Keeping Sticker Kit. Then, I add an anchor - this can vary - either a quote or a flower with leaves. To finish it off I add an accent. A small flower or a decorative strip (like washi!) works great. It's a simple formula that works almost every single time.   Stickers are simple to use and can really help save time and help add beauty to projects when you're not feeling totally creative.

Traci Reed: Memory Keeping

I honestly don't know what I'd do without stickers in my memory keeping! I use them for EVERYTHING and I especially love the die cuts in the collections are self-adhesive too!
For this two-page spread in my October Daily Album using the Doodles & Dashes II Collection, I used a lot of the leaf/floral stickers and die cuts to frame my photos. I find that icon stickers really help me create a small pop of visual interest without taking up too much room!
I also enjoy the variety of letter stickers we get each month and like mixing them up to create my titles!

Karma Isis Clark: Planning

I use stickers everywhere and every day in my multiple planners ‚Äì I especially love to use stickers unconventionally, as it adds interest to the page. I love this month‚Äôs Doodles & Dashes II Collection ‚Äì I used the Doodles & Dashes II Daisy Weeks Sticker Kit in my cousin as a quote bar, and I used the Doodles & Dashes II Planner Sticker Kit for the hexagon timeline instead of the one printed on the page. For my Hobonichi Weeks, I used the large deco stickers from the Doodles & Dashes II Classified: Planner Kit to provide a spine feature ‚Äì these oversized stickers in an undersized planner made for a beautiful week that I can‚Äôt wait to plan on!     We hope you love and are using all the stickers and adhesive-backed die cuts from this collection to embellish your planning and memory-keeping pages!
