We have another edition of Stamping Saturday featuring the Home Sweet Home Collection! Check out some ideas from Christine and keep reading to see an adorable memory keeping spread come together with these stamps!
One of my favorite things about stamps, is that you can use them, even if you don't feel like you're a stamping expert. I used the stamp set from the Home Sweet Home Modern Memory Keeping Kit with one of the journaling cards from the same kit, on this layout in the Home Sweet Home Simple Daisy Notebook.
I wanted to use a large photo for this layout, so I printed my image and adhered it to the left side of the Home Sweet Home Simple Daisy Notebook. I also wanted to bring in some stamping on this side, so I stamped a phrase from the stamp set in the Home Sweet Home Traveler's Notebook Memory Keeping Kit on one of the stickers from the Home Sweet Home Memory Keeping Sticker Kit.
Next, I started stamping on my journaling card. This card already had the phrase Hello Fall on it, and I thought it would be fun to enhance it with stamping. I used some of the leaves and another phrase from the Home Sweet Home Modern Memory Keeping Kit stamp set and stamped them with inks that coordinated with the colors on the journaling card.
I wanted to add even more interest to my stamped card, so I also mixed in some rub-ons from the Kits. Then, for a bit of dimension, I placed several enamel dots on the card.
This was a super simple stamping technique and I hope you've been inspired to try it on one of your upcoming Cocoa Daisy projects!
