Stamping Fun with the Where the Sea Dreams Stamps!
Hello, friends!

Stamping always brings a bit of whimsy to any scrapbooking spread.

Nathalie DeSousa: Stamping Fun with the Where the Sea Dreams Stamps!

Hi there! This month’s Where The Sea Dreams Creative Kit is so versatile. You can combine it with the Where the Sea Dreams Exclusive Stamp Set and you have the perfect combination for documenting your summer vacation/beach stories. Let’s look at what I have created in my Where the Sea Dreams SimpleDaisy Notebook with this combination.

The sentiment cardstock ephemera pieces in the Where The Sea Dreams Creative Kitt gave me the idea to create a grid for the spread. Once I set the photo in place, it was all about filling the space with the shapes. I added a strip of wahi tape under the photo, and used the Where the Sea Dreams Exclusive Stamp Set to add a sentimental thought out of the grid.

To carry the grid style onto the journaling page on my Where the Sea Dreams SimpleDaisy Notebook, I am taking advantage of the large stamp frame design in the Where the Sea Dreams Exclusive Stamp Set. First, I added a piece of the rub-on and carefully stamped around it to create the little scene, then added my journaling, making sure it fit the same width as the stamped scene.

I needed to make sure that both sides of my Where The Sea Dreams Creative Kit were balanced, so I created a second stamped scene at the bottom of the journaling. This time, I used the watercolors included in the Where The Sea Dreams Creative Kit to fill in the stamped image, then used more of the die-cut pieces to complete the small cluster.

I finished my spread by adding a drops of the metallic watercolor throughout the page, which brings the entire spread together. I hope this inspires you to use the Where The Sea Dreams Creative Kit to document your stories in your Where the Sea Dreams SimpleDaisy Notebook.
XO!
