Welcome Spring!
Spring Greetings! I think we can all use a little dose of happy and bright right now. And that is exactly what we have in mind for our blog post today. We challenged our Memory...
Sorry, looks like we don't have enough of this product.
You cannot mix preorders with regular products

Casie noted, "Blue wasn't a feeling I had when I opened the Up and Away kit until Co-Vid19 seemed to shut down the world. On the day my kids' sports and school was canceled, I pulled off the road and captured this rainbow in the sky. I saw that rainbow as a symbol of hope that I wanted to document using the blue tones from the kit."
"Layering three different patterned papers in blue and green tones created a background for the photo to be featured. I utilized the notepad paper from the planner kit for journaling lines along with a rainbow die-cut to focus your eye on the rainbow in the photo. My wish is that this simple layout inspires you to document this intense experience and find a tiny piece of hope in each day."
"I carried the blue theme over to my memory planner for the week as well. It just so happened to rain a bunch that week so using the enamel raindrops was a perfect accent to the page. I'll be sharing the finalized design in the Cocoa Daisy Fans Page on Facebook - be sure to join us there!"
Next we have a TN layout by Ria in her reading journal. She explains, "I have been working on my book journal and it so happens that I had a book photo that was predominantly blue. It was perfect for today’s prompt: Something Blue."
"Although the Orchard Path kit was full of greens and peaches, I luckily found lovely blue items including the enamel dots and a travel tag from the Classified Memory Keeping kit."
"I loved that the enamel dots provided texture for my journaling as bullet points. I added black twine to my tag, too. This got me so excited for the twine from the Up and Away kit! Stamping is also something I have not done in a long time, so I got out my blue inkpad and stamped perfect sentiments from the stamp set that came in the Orchard Path kit as well."
Today's memory keeping examples from Casie and Ria are simple scrapbooking designs that you can easily replicate with any of the colors in our kits or from your stash.  We hope our little foray with the color blue sparks ideas for creating your own little bit of peace and tranquility. And don't forget to join us all weekend long for our online meet-up in the Cocoa Daisy Fans Facebook group.
Happy crafting!
