I wanted to showcase the colors in the papers in the Mediterranean Muse Scrapbook Kit as they paired nicely with the photos. So, I opted to use a graduating circle metal die to cut a few pieces from the papers and arrange them along the entire width of the two-page spread.

 

  

The circles offered the perfect frame for extra interest. I added sentiments and embellishments to each of the circles using the rub-ons from the Mediterranean Muse Scrapbook Kit. The design that the circles create in the spread provided the perfect spot for the title - I love the puffy alphas included in the Mediterranean Muse Scrapbook Kit.

 

 

I placed the photo in the opposite direction of the circles. I added pieces of ephemera – that repeated the shape in the background- around the photo. I then used the stamp set in the Mediterranean Muse Scrapbook Kit around the picture to add extra sentiment to the story.

 

 

I used the enamel dots included in the Mediterranean Muse Scrapbook Kit to create a road map throughout the width of the spread. A few lines of journaling, and it was all complete. I love how this turned out, and I hope it gives you a bit of inspiration when documenting in your Simple Daisy Notebook.
