Hello, friends!
The new month is almost here and we are excited to see how you set up your planner for the month. Throughout this next week, we are sharing how our creative team prepped their planners for June using the My Escape Collection.
You are going to love how Jennifer set up her cute little planner for June.
I love that Cocoa Daisy offers kits that match my planner needs and wants each month! I'm trying out a pocket-size travelers notebook for the first time and the My Escape Planner Kit made this an easy transition.
I simply cannot have a planner setup without Simon! I will keep this cute card from the My Escape Classified: Planner Kit tucked into a craft folder all month. It's my favorite spot in my planner!
I LOVE that Cocoa Daisy offers so many freebies and I'm taking advantage of the My Escape Free Newsletter Printable (sign up at www.cocoadaisy.com) this month by cutting it down to cover the plain white pages of my notebook. Now my weeks are easy to find since each one starts with a decorative page.
Kylie is all set for June in her A5 Ring Bound Planner. Let's take a peek inside!
" Each month I love being able to choose a different coloured planner to match with the theme for Cocoa Daisy. For June, I really loved the soft peachy/pink tones found on some items throughout the kit so decided to go with a peachy-toned A5 planner as well. With my planner being lighter in colour, I love how the bolder colour tones of greens, yellows, terracotta, and navy from the My Escape Collection really stand out even more.
I decided to create a dashboard using a cut file (designed by Paige Evans), which I had on hand for June. I used several of the papers from the My Escape Planner Kit and the My Escape Memory Keeping Papersto back the lettering. Then, I ran it through my laminator and cut it to size to fit my planner. Finally, I used my A5 hole punch to punch for my rings.
I've used a scalloped border punch using white cardstock to add a detailed edge to each of my dividers and dashboards. I love the effect this gives to my side view when all the layers come together.
Because my planner stays on my desk each month and I don't take it out and about, I still love to fill my pockets with lots of accessories and paperclips. I had fun with the My Escape FREE Printable and created a page marker from the stacked books. I can add this to my pockets for colour or use it to mark important pages.
