Setup Saturday with the Take Flight Planner Kits
Hello, friends!
The planner papers are a staple for many of our planner setups, but what they were more than just covers and dividers? What if they become an essential element of your planning system?
Kim Oedekoven: Double Duty with Take Flight Planner Papers
Double Duty is always high on my list of things that work well for me when I set up my monthly planner. Using the Take Flight Collection for this cute monthly Travelers Notebook is both a cover and a calendar.
A fun fact about the papers in the Take Flight Planner Kit is that they are a perfect fit tri-fold Standard Size Notebook Cover. Instead of using the natural crease in the paper, just line up the right-hand edge with the notebook, and the rest of the paper is folded to create the front cover and flap. While the back cover is used for future May tasks, the front will be used for April.
I used the date stickers from the Take Flight Planner Kit to lay out a quick April Calendar on the inside flap. This will allow me to see and write multiple events on each date and note the multi-day occasions. On the right-hand side, I’ve laid out room for meal ideas and outside tasks to take care of this month.
As you tuck the front flap down to close up the Notebook, there is the opportunity to add one of the always popular adhesive-backed pockets from the Take Flight Planner Add-On Kit. These colored dot stickers from the Take Flight Planner Sticker Kit are secured well and ready for my planning in a hurry.
