Marsha Farris: Autumn Bucket List

There are so many things I look forward to during the autumn season, so I thought it would be fun to create a bucket list to include in my album! The Autumn Whispers Collection was perfect for this project!

To begin my layout, I selected a spread in the Simple Dori to use as a base for my design. I liked the dot patterned paper and thought it would work well with my photo. I chose a patterned paper from the collection and used it and a vintage book page from my stash to create layers behind my photo. I embellished the photo simply with phrase stickers from the Autumn Whispers Memory Keeping Sticker Kit. I also added a metal clip from a previous kit to the top of the photo. 

For the other page of the spread, I created the title with a tag chipboard sticker and puffy alphabet stickers from the Autumn Whispers Travelers Notebook Memory Keeping Kit. Next, I typed my bucket list items on the computer, printed them on white cardstock, and trimmed them into strips. I had fun compiling my list of things I enjoy during the season, but keeping it to only ten items was difficult!

I adhered the strips to the page and then added a coordinating stamp, sticker, or die cut to each item on the list. I tried to vary the type of embellishments and stamp ink colors to provide interest to the page. I love how this bucket list turned out, and I can see this being a repeat spread in all of my seasonal albums!
