Hello crafting friends! It’s Tai and I have a colorful and bright pocket page layout. This collection is gorgeous if you love floral patterns. This is the perfect collection for me and my flower child spirit. The Penelope Pocket Card Add-on and the Penelope Scrapbook Kit is all that I used for this project.

 

 

My daughter recently turned 7 years old and was a princess for the whole week. She loves flowers and the color pink, so this collection works to share stories about her, too. We purchased a large pink seven balloons to mark the occasion and had a mini photo shoot. The photos are so fun and playful.

 

 

  

My photos were printed in 3x4 size and 2 can be printed onto one 4x6 photo print. For my layout, I alternated photos so that your eye can travel across the layout. When selecting my cards I usually select; a patterned one, a journal one, and a sentiment one.

 

  

 

Luckily, all the pocket cards also had pink throughout them. Hot pink and cream were the dominant colors. Adding a few rub-ons and stamping jazz up each card. On the "currently" journaling card, I wrote down all the things that my daughter is into at the moment. This layout will go in my daughter’s 6x8 story album. The pink and the florals are gorgeous and the layout is lovely.
