Planner Setup with the Wisdom & Wonder Collection

Planner Setup with the Wisdom & Wonder Collection

Hello, friends!

Setting up my planner never gets old, thanks to a new collection from Cocoa Daisy to play with each month! I love the calm wintery vibes of the Wisdom & Wonder Collection, don't you?

This setup is bursting with all the beautiful bits from the Wisdom & Wonder Planner Kit and the Wisdom & Wonder Creative Kit. I want to feel inspired the moment I open my planner and I have accomplished this with this beautiful set up!

Not every Traveler's Notebook Cover I use has pockets but when they do, I love stuffing them with die cuts and scraps of paper, from the Wisdom & Wonder Planner Kit and the Wisdom & Wonder Creative KitTo keep everything from jostling around, I adhere a little bit of washi tape behind the elements. This keeps them secure without having to removed the adhesive back. They are pocket fodder this month and journal fodder later on!

There are lots of uses for the papers in the Wisdom & Wonder Planner Kit but I'm always using them for the same thing: Insert covers! Think of it as a dashboard for your inserts. You can usually tell which papers are my favorite because they are often the ones I chose to cover my inserts. I loved this stripe pattern with the months (similar to the washi in the Wisdom & Wonder Planner Kit) and really wanted the pattern to shine. For this reason, kept the embellishments minimal. I cannot get enough of the cards that come in the Wisdom & Wonder Creative Kit. To mimic the lineal pattern, I created a simple grid with two of the cards. Simple and I love it!

Let's talk pockets (again!). Since my cover pockets are occupied, I decided to take a page from my fellow Design Team Pal Kim and add some pockets to the insert cover. It can't get much easier than this one. All I did was adhere the top and bottom of the flap and add a sticky note from the Wisdom & Wonder Planner Kit) for extra security. This makes a perfect pocket for the small sticker sheets.

I take that back; it CAN get easier than the previous pocket design. Here, I used packaging from the kit, and adhere directly to the back cover. Easy peasy! This pocket will be great for storing a few extra sticky notes and pocket cards.
