One Item Three Ways: Memory Keeping Edition!

It is part two of our series and today we are talking about multiple purposes for product staples in the memory-keeping kits: chipboard pieces and pocket cards! Our Creative Team is sharing some clever ways to get the most out of these items.
Traci was super creative with those adorable chipboard stars, didn't she?
"Hey Hey Hey! Traci here sharing how I used the chipboard stars from the Winter Twilight Collection 3 ways!
The first thing I did was print one of the papers from the Winter Twilight Printables on acetate and adhere 3 chipboard stars front and back to create a divider page.
Second, I actually used the negative space in the packaging of the chipboard stars as a stencil with Nuvo Glacier Paste on the blue starry paper. I'm always looking for different ways to use my supplies!
Lastly, I created a shaker pocket page for my December Daily with the stars and sequins, to which I will add photos when it's time! Make sure to check out this process video to see all the details!"

"Today I have selected journal cards from the Winter Twilight Pocket Cards Kit to showcase three different ways you can use this one product in your next memory-keeping projects. I really love creating a Project Life style layout by adhering the journal cards directly to my planner page versus placing them in a pocket. This week I off-centered the cards as well as trimmed a card down to bring some more visual interest to my layout. Now let’s get started with the three additional ways I’ve used journal cards this week.
The first way I used the journal cards is by creating DIY date embellishments. To do so using a scalloped punch from my stash, I punched circles out in all of the cards with neutral backgrounds/ no patterns. Providing me with a blank canvas of a soft pink, teal and green. To add some soft details to my date embellishments I used the snowflake stamp from the Winter Twilight Travelers Notebook Memory Keeping Kit and used some tone-on-tone stamping. Once the stamped snowflakes had dried I used a number stamp to date out the week and then when they were all set, I added them to my page.
I love the typography of the titles on the Cocoa Daisy journal cards. Using my paper trimmer, I cut down the “Everyday Life” to create a mini title to provide some context to my photo of my partner’s work as of late out in the Everglades. The journal cards can also be trimmed down to serve as a journaling prompt or bubble like I did using the Currently card.
Next up, but definitely not least, is using journal cards as a photo mat. I like cutting the mat like an Instax/ Polaroid frame and then adding a word strip sticker to the bottom. So cute! The word stickers in Travelers Notebook Memory Keeping Kit are so perfect for this.
My final tip for you today is when trying out this technique, I recommend selecting journal cards with coordinating colors from the collection’s color story to easily bring together a cohesive look."
