Hello Cocoa Daisy friends,
We are having a stamp party today in the blog. Melina and Candy are sharing their lovely designs with kit stamps. Let’s start with Melina’s first layout in her new scrapbook documenting a yummy dinner she made.
“Hey everybody! I am trying something new this year. I’m searching and making different recipes for my family and want to document our favorites. I’ve got an 8x10 scrap album that I want to fill up. I thought the two ideas would pair up nicely!”
“So this is my first page to add to the album. I love the arrow and paper clip images in the stamp sets this month. They are so cute! I also used the January stamp and the banner image at the top of my page. The alphas are from the Memory Keeping sticker kit. I used a circle punch on some of the papers and then added epoxy stickers and a die cut from the kits.”
“Of course I had to journal and get some hand lettering in! So simple but really dolled up with Cocoa Daisy!”
Looks awesome (and yummy) Melina! Now let’s take a look at Candy’s full page stamping design in her traveler’s notebook. It’s amazing!
“Hello, Daisies! I’m so excited to share a page in my TN today and even more excited because it’s STAMP PARTYYYY DAY! Who doesn’t love a stamp party on their pages!! First of all, I decided on these four photos that we took of a hostel we stayed at recently and it was such an amazing place that I had to document it.”
“I layered my photos in a way that created more interest. Also, I love these little plant stamps and had to stamp them all over my pages in colors that coordinate with my photos. Then I added some journaling on top of the page.”
“This spread was so easy and a lot of fun to put together! How are you using or planning to use your stamps?”
Memory keeping with our travelers notebooks make documenting life fun and simple! Don’t forget to share your memory keeping stories and designs in our private Facebook group or on social media by tagging us #cocoadaisy. We love seeing what you create!
