Planners don't always need to-do lists and schedules; you can also use it to document past memories with the Chapters of September Journaling Kit.

Hi everyone! It's Mady from @mostly_mady on Instagram. I wanted to share another example of how to use a dated planner in a nontraditional way! 
 
 
I wanted to reflect on previous Septembers, as it's one of my favorite months of the year. I started by finding Tombow Dual Brush Pens that matched the color themes of the Chapters of September Journaling Kit for the month.
 
 
From there, I used a mix of the washi tape, washi stickers, and rub-on transfers from the Chapters of September Journaling Kit to create a border. Once I laid all the elements down, I used my markers to color in some circles and write down my favorite moments.
 
 
I think it's so fun to mix and match the rub-on transfers with the regular stickers and washi stickers as well. The great thing about these kits is that everything works together so well, regardless of how it gets applied to the page. I love how this turned out and plan to create something like this for every month moving forward!
