Using one of the gorgeous pieces of scrapbook paper, I ripped it not exactly in half, as I love having a little imbalance, and glued it down to start off. Once I see the white space close to the spine I knew exactly what I wanted to do. The mini washi book was calling my name! I realized they would fit perfect in that space, so I flipped through and found six that I really loved and stuck them down.

  

 

  

After doing that, I actually lifted the bottom and top stickers and added the rub ons with the "splash" effect.

  

From there I thought it would be nice to balance the pages with some sayings to help provoke the feeling I was trying to convey. I pulled two from the package of decorative cards in kraft envelope and stuck them down with the washi tape.

 

 

 

I really love how this turned out and had so much fun putting the spread together. Sometimes it's nice to create and make something without necessarily journaling or writing anything down.
