Hello, friends!
We've received a few questions over on the Cocoa Daisy Fan Page regarding ways to utilize the grid pages in between the weekly spreads of the Ringbound inserts, so we're sharing a few with you today!
Natasha Pytlik: Ideas for the “In Between" Pages
The Nordic Skies B6 Rings Inserts have a lot to offer both functional and creative planners. I also think that they’re a great balance between structure and “free form” so you can have the best of both worlds. One of my most adored parts of the Nordic Skies B6 Rings Inserts are the two grid pages for what I call the “in-between" pages found in between the weekly pages.
Today I am sharing three different ways you can use the “in-between" pages:
1. Weekly Prep: If you are a planner, similar to me, who needs some extra space for lists and to flush out thoughts and to-dos this is a great way to utilize these sheets. Typically, I have one area as a brain dump or thought catcher and then the other areas that are more structured with specific lists.
2. Journaling: Many folks in the new year want to start the habit of daily journaling but the thought of starting a whole new journal/project can be intimidating. Starting off journaling in the planner that you use daily is a great way to build this habit. Once your habit is established you can then add another planner or journal into the mix. I used some stickers from the Nordic Skies Collectionto create an affirmations page to reference and journal about throughout the month.
3. Memory Keeping: Add some decorative elements to the page and add a photo of two to document special memories and moments from the week. I like to stick with stickers, washi, and die cuts from the Nordic Skies Travelers Notebook Memory-Keeping Kit and Nordic Skies Classified: Memory-Keeping Kitfor this style of memory-keeping.
Out of these three ways to use the “in-between” sheets in your Cocoa Daisy planner inserts, which is your favorite to give a try?
