Hello, friends!

Traci Reed: Give it a Layered Look
The collage style of this beautiful paper from the Little Bee Cottage 12x12 Paper Add-On was the inspiration for the whole page! I decided to go with the layered look by creating my own layers from torn paper scraps I had leftover from my previous layout with this page. To integrate the foreground and background, I went ahead and layered the torn paper strips over my photo as a starting point, with one torn paper used in the background as a photo mat. Also tore and folded pieces of the paper around the edges to reveal pops of more red!
After I had the papers set, I then started using rub-ons from the Little Bee Cottage Scrapbook Kit both on the main paper and over the photo to once again get that collaged and integrated look on my page. In this close-up, you can see 3 different rub-ons over the photo, combined with both puffy stickers and chipboard pieces from the Little Bee Cottage Scrapbook Kit for more depth!
Finally, I used the script stamps from the stamp set in the Little Bee Cottage Scrapbook Kit with brown ink around the composition for a more warm and vintage look. All these different layers and textures work together beautifully to create a collaged look filled with details to look at, but really, the main star of the page is the paper that inspired the whole thing, making it look like I did so much more work than I did!
