Bringing Apollo, my furball buddy, back from the hospital was a big deal, and I couldn't wait to document it using the Cocoa Daisy Home Sweet Home Collection in my October Daily. Let me walk you through how I put it all together.
For the life crafted spread, I went with a big photo on the left side to capture that heartwarming homecoming vibe. I kept it pretty simple, just adding a half-circle label stamped with the number "06" at the top and a patterned half-circle chipboard piece from the Home Sweet Home Modern Memory Keeping Kit at the bottom. On top of that, I playfully arched the title "hooray," to share my excitement.
Now, on the right-hand side, I used a 4x6 card for my journaling, which I trimmed down to 5 inches, creating a cool pocket. In this pocket, I placed two large tags from the Home Sweet Home Classified Memory Keeping kit. These tags were the canvas for four snapshots of Apollo post-hospital, showing his journey to recovery. I spiced up those photos with chipboard pieces, die cuts, and rub ons, adding a personal touch to each one. The tags in the pocket made this October Daily spread super interactive and fun.
The Cocoa Daisy Home Sweet Home Collection brought a cozy and heartwarming feel to this special page, perfectly capturing the warmth of reuniting with our Apollo.
