Everyday Journaling In Your Planner

Everyday Journaling In Your Planner
Hello Daisies! Do you journal in your planner? I do! I've kept a diary off and on since I was 10 years old. In recent years though, I've been doing most of my journaling in my planner. It's a great way to record my everyday thoughts and see them right alongside my daily tasks. I enjoy it because it doesn't take a lot of time, but I still get a chance to write every day. If I don't have enough room to finish a thought on a page, I add a journal card like the one shown above (right side). Often, I write on the front & back of the card! Please note the back of the journal card below. The "Daily to do" pages shown above are from the Tulip Time Planner Kit.  The embroidered butterfly is from the Planner Add On Kit. The puffy stickers & the 3" x 4" journal card are from the Tulip Time Memory Keeping: Pocket Kit. Have you heard? I'm particularly smitten with Cocoa Daisy's planner pages. Ooh, the paper thickness gets me every time. The papers are perfect for writing on with juicy gel pens! When no one is looking, I run my fingers over the pages just for kicks. True story. Another area I enjoy journaling in is the two pages that follow every weekly section of the planner inserts. It's a place where you can reflect on the past week, or write thoughts about the upcoming week. In the spread below, I write about how I've been spending my free time. I created the "Free Time", double-sided, title page using the free printable: Tulip Time Insert Cover,  by Jennifer Miller Crowder. I added red alphabet stickers  & a butterfly die-cut to add some color. Plus, since fussy-cutting is a way of life for crafters, I decided to add a vase of flowers. The vase can be found on the last page of May's Planner Printables. Here is the other side of the title page, and the last page of journaling: If you are interested in journaling but don't know where to start, here are a few links to journal questions that you may find interesting:
