Carol Weatherspoon: Simple Dori Memory Keeping with Daisies
Who doesn't love daisies?!  As you may have guessed, today's feature is all about daisies and those featured in the Daisy Fields Travelers Notebook Memory Keeping Kitare absolutely gorgeous. The warm autumn tones are just lovely!
For this spread, I'm documenting one of my favorite things - going out to dinner with my family after church on Sundays. I wanted to have a tasteful sprinkling of daisies throughout so I started subtly, with the lovely patterned paper on the left side. I thought the title fit the photo perfectly. Around my photo, I created a daisy floral cluster and included a little stamping as well. I also used the beautiful daisy washi tape along the bottom of both pages to really tie them together.
There is a bold daisy patterned paper in the kit but since I didn't want to overwhelm my spread, I die-cut a small rectangle and used it to frame my journaling on the left side. I think it really packs a punch on that page. I also added a couple of die-cut daisies around my journaling and a cute little puffy bee to create a visual triangle. Love that! The daisies in this kit are just fantastic and I had so much fun using them.
Cheryl Reiter: Daises in a Personal Setup
The Daisy Fields Collection is perfect for September! The warm colors are bright but also cozy for entering the fall season. I had so much fun designing my planner pages with the puffy flower stickers from the Daisy Fields Planner Add-On Kit. I layered a few on the September dashboard from the Daisy Fields Day Planner Dashboard Kitas well as the puffy alphabet stickers to create my "Hello September" opening divider.
I couldn't get enough of the puffy daisy stickers and had to use one on the corner of my Simon Dashboard from the Daisy Fields Classified: Planner Kit. I also used the yellow daisy washi - I ruffled it for added dimension
I had plenty of the Daisy puffy stickers to layer two of them on the "Autumn" dashboard. As you can see, my favorite way to use washi is to ruffle it! I ruffled some more of the Yellow Daisy washi under the daisies. These are just a few ways I used daisies in my planner!
