I found a Silhouette cut file by Lori Whitlock that was perfect for the project, and it brought such a fun, whimsical shape to the album! Every detail, from the shape to the embellishments, came together to create a keepsake filled with charm.

  

  

To start, I used all the 6x8 papers and cardstock from the Penelope Scrapbook Kit. The beautiful mix of patterns and vibrant color palette gave the album a sweet, cohesive look. Each page was cut into a heart shape using the cut file, and I alternated the patterns to keep things visually interesting. The journal cards made the perfect inserts for jotting down notes and sentiments or creating spaces for photos, adding a personal touch to the overall design.

  

  

Once the base pages were ready, it was time to bring the album to life with embellishments. The die cuts, chipboard pieces, and washi tape included in the kit were perfect for layering on each page. I tucked doilies behind some of the elements for extra texture and added die-cut accents throughout to tie everything together. The variety of embellishments made it easy to customize each page while keeping the overall theme consistent.

  

  

To finish off the album, I tied a pink ribbon around the binding. Which added the sweetest finishing touch to the project. This heart-shaped mini album has quickly become one of my favorite creations—perfect for gifting or cherishing memories uniquely.
