Celebrate Spring with the Meadow Collection!

Celebrate Spring with the Meadow Collection!
Hello, Spring! For many, spring is a welcome change from the dreary days of winter and we are here to celebrate it! The Meadow Collection has all the refreshing colors, patterns, and embellishments to make your creative projects come alive! Let's see how our Creative Team is utilizing this springy collection. Audrey's spirits are high as she welcomes spring with open arms! "I am so happy to Welcome Spring! Seriously, when I see the buds of those crocuses I get so giddy with excitement! The Meadow Collection is just perfect to document spring. I started with 12x12 paper from the Meadow Scrapbooking Kit. Those butterflies just reminded me of the fun freshness of spring. I then took two 3x4 photos of the budding crocuses and backed them with paper and journal cards from the Meadow Modern Memory Keeping Kit. I also chose a sentiment journal card to tell a piece of my story. Next, I added some dimension with the chipboard circles found in the Meadow Travelers Notebook Memory Keeping Kit and the Meadow Modern Memory Keeping Kit I clustered them in twos and threes around the page using some sentiments that welcome spring and some things to find in spring, such as rain and bunnies. I ended this layout with my title "Welcome Spring," using letter stickers found in the Meadow Classified: Memory Keeping Kit. I placed the letters somewhat wonky to give the title emphasis. This was a pretty easy layout to pull together, but super fun to make! How will you celebrate spring?" Veronica is "springing" into action and documenting another half week in her memory planner. "My memory planning is like a graphic novel of my life, and I love filling my pages with all the little things that tell the story of life right now. When I work in my memory planner, I stick to a one page at a time system. That means, I choose to work on the left page in one crafty session and the right page at a different time, keeping this creative project totally manageable! For this spread, I absolutely loved using all the springtime colors, graphic patterns and seasonal sentiments from the Meadow Modern Memory Keeping Kit. Even though this kit is geared toward pocket page memory keeping, I have no problem utilizing it in my memory planner. The papers and pocket cards get punched (with the Classic Happy Planner Punch) to fit in this format and add other elements like puffy alpha's, chipboard pieces and diecuts to embellish as I go.  Want a memory planning tip? Don't be afraid to fold photos in half to create flips on your memory planner. Bonus tip: add typed journaling by printing it on clear sticker paper. That way, you can add it anywhere on the spread. For the past few months, I have used a passport size traveler's notebook as my wallet. With spring here, I wanted to update my setup and did so with the help of the Meadow Travelers Notebook Memory Keeping Kit. First, I trimmed my Meadow Simple Dori down to passport size (3.5X5 inches). Using the paper scraps, I decorated the cover placed a pocket card from the Meadow Modern Memory Keeping Kit on the cover. Now I always have a notebook for notes, lists, and the occasional journaling when I am out and about. The cover is a converted Cocoa Daisy notepad cover that I converted into a traveler's notebook cover.  This size notebook is perfect for quick documenting. With just a photo, pocket card, a little journaling, and a few embellishments, you could have a spread done in a few minutes! My cardholder also got a refresh. Those snarky quote clouds from the Meadow Travelers Notebook Memory Keeping Kit are delightful and were the perfect decoration for these little spaces. Spring is with wherever I do with this cute wallet setup.  How are you celebrating spring with the Meadow Collection?
