Marsha Farris: Autumn Whispers Modern Memory Keeping Kit

I love the variety of products found in the Autumn Whispers Modern Memory Keeping Kit and that it can be used for so many different types of projects! Autumn Whispers Modern Memory Keeping Kit was perfect for my ringed traveler's notebook layout documenting fall photos from a mountain vacation.

To begin the project, I selected a dot patterned paper from the kit to use as a background for my page. I love the pocket cards found in the kit and chose one to use as the title for my layout. I added a die cut label to the bottom of the card and included some stamping with the stamp from the Autumn Whispers Modern Memory Keeping Kit.

I wanted to create an interactive element to include an additional photo and journaling, so I made a simple flip-up using thin paper to make a hinge. I added my photo and journaling to the flip element and then added a trimmed piece of patterned paper to hide the hinge.

I went with a grid design for the other side of the layout and selected a few chipboard tags to include on the page. I filled in the grid with die cuts and puffy alphabet stickers from the kit. I also added a pretty leaf rub on to the bottom of the page. To complete the spread, I added more stamping with the stamp from the Autumn Whispers Modern Memory Keeping Kit and orange and black inks.
