Cocoa Daisy Mail Club is a monthly delivery of thoughtfully curated paper goods and stickers designed to bring a little spark to your everyday creativity. I wanted this to be completely separate from our main subscriptions. Something lighter. More flexible. An easy way to try Cocoa Daisy, or just enjoy a smaller creative treat without a big commitment.
Each envelope is filled with pieces that are mostly made in the U.S., allowing us to stay flexible and open more spots as we grow—so more of you can join in.
Whether you use it in your planner, add it into your journaling, or simply enjoy the ritual of opening it, this little envelope is meant to feel personal—like it was sent just for you.

How does it work?
Our Mail Club operates separately from our existing subscriptions, meaning it ships separately from your kits! We use good old fashioned snail mail to ship these letters to you each month, meaning we're using stamps and there is no tracking.
After your first order, your mail club subscription will bill on the 28th of the following month, and every month on the 28th there after until you cancel. It bills separately from your other Cocoa Daisy subscriptions.
When does it ship?
Your Mail Club letter will ship around the 15th of the following month. So if you purchase or get billed in April, your letter will ship around May 15th. This is to give us time to pack and process your order once it's billed.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free in the US, and an additional $2 for Canada and International locations.
How long will it take for my Mail Club letter to arrive?
Because there is no tracking and shipping is handled by the postal system, it can take up to 2 weeks to receive your letters domestically and up to 4-6 weeks for International depending on your location.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products! We were closely with our partners to create each collection.
Our sticker sheets are all printed in small batches in Canada.
Did you know all our paper products, notebooks and inserts are made locally in Michigan using high quality, recycled paper and inks?
Your kit will ship by the 15th of the next month. Shipping is free for domestic Mail Club members and an additional $2 for International and Canadian members.

Welcome! You can create a subscription between the 1st and 23rd of the month; it will ship the first week of the following month. You will receive the pictured kit as your first subscription. (Occasionally some subscriptions close earlier than the 23rd, when we've reached capacity.)
To subscribe, just add the desired subscription kit to your cart. Planner Kits with inserts, choose your insert option from the pull down menu. You will need to agree to the terms before you check out. It's essential to read the terms. Repeat this process to add additional products to your subscription. Review your shopping cart. Click Proceed To Checkout. Select and enter your payment method and checkout. Within a few minutes you'll receive an email confirmation with information about your subscription.

Subscriptions are available between the 1st and 23rd of each month, while supplies last. Occasionally we close a subscription early because we are at capacity for the following month.
New subscriptions always begin with the following month’s shipment. You will receive the pictured kit or items in your subscription.
Subscription kits bill and are shipped a month in advance. For instance, the first charge for a subscription created in January will take place on the day you subscribe with the March kit. It will ship February 1-7. Your next charge will take place on February 27th and every month thereafter until you cancel.

You can cancel subscription between the 1st and 7th of the month by 9pm ET. Cancellation requests will not be accepted outside of the cancellation window.
Canceling can be done easily in your Customer Portal under the Subscription Management section.
Canceling your subscription will end your subscription with your next renewal. If you are a monthly subscriber, you will stop receiving any further kits.
