We recently took a family trip to the Asheville area, and I wanted to capture the feelings and memories from the trip. While we were there, I collected some ephemera along the way, including coffee sleeves, maps, receipts, and a postcard.

 

  

I used the sticky note and the alphabet letters to write out the location of the trip to act as the header of the page. I kept the background pretty simple, knowing I had a lot of extra bits to include, and it would become a busy page. I loved the denim scrapbook paper and used a bit on each page to create some balance.

 

   

On the back of the postcard, I wrote more about the trip in more detail. I like including it on the back so the spread stays very visual. I used my Instax printer for the Polaroid photos. I love how this page turned out, and between the scrapbook paper, the PET stickers, and the vellum from the Along the Path Deluxe Journaling Kit, it really helped create the vision I was going for!
