Sticking To It with Cocoa Daisy Stickers!

Sticking To It with Cocoa Daisy Stickers!
Hello, friends! Many of us have known the motivating power of stickers for a long time. Whether it was sticker sheets of chores completed, stickers on our homework or tests, or stickers all over our binders, we know that a sticker can inspire consistency and spark joy in most situations. As adults and fans of Cocoa Daisy products, we find ways to add stickers to our planners and journals to "stick to it" with task completion and healthy habits. Today, our Creative Team shares their favorite ways to use stickers in their planners and journals. Kylie stays on task at home and work, thanks to her pretty planner pages. I love to use a variety of Cocoa Daisy stickers in both my work planner, which is the Cocoa Daisy Daisy Planner as well as my home planner. This month, one of my most favourite sticker sets is the Peach Ridge Memory Keeping Sticker Kit. It is perfect for planning and offers a great selection of formats to include decorative blocks as well as quote stickers, alphas, and more! I use these stickers frequently in my vertical column pages as they fit perfectly. I also use the blank-shaped stickers for highlighting important reminders and dates in my columns. The quote stickers in the Memory Keeping Sticker Kit are a clear base so they look seamlessly layered over papers or other stickers. I love the decorative element this brings to my planner pages. I use the A5 planner inserts in my home planner which tracks my day-to-day chores and reminders. I used the icon stickers from the Peach Ridge Planner Kit to keep track of such things as bin day, laundry, shopping, payday, etc. The banner stickers from the Peach Ridge Planner Add On Kit help me keep my pages tidy as I can write everything neatly in point form. The alpha stickers from the Planner Kit are used to highlight important reminders each day. These sheets are always so generous and I love using them everywhere in my planner! This month I have particularly loved the Day stickers from the Peach Ridge Classified Planner Kit. They added a lovely pop of colour to my pages! Tiffany maintains a regular journaling routine with the help of some sticky embellishments.
Cocoa Daisy has a variety of kits to meet crafter’s needs. One of my favorite elements that are included in most kits is the stickers. Whether I use alphas, chipboard, enamel dots, or washi, a little “sticker-therapy” does this girl good! The Peach Ridge Planner Kit scalloped washi tape was a delightful surprise this month! I’d never seen scalloped washi before. Consequently, the first thing I did when I started this journal layout was to reach for the tape & make a border.
This entire layout was inspired by a quote from The Bible, Matthew 6:11, that was included in the Peach Ridge Bible Journaling Sticker Kit. I took the transparent sticker and backed it with white cardstock. Next, I cut it out and adhered it to a tag made from the “wood” patterned paper in the Peach Ridge Travelers Notebook Memory Keeping Kit. I chose the “wood grain” paper because it reminded me of a bread cutting board. I was going to add a photo of bread as well, but I decided to go with peaches as a nod to the lovely, Peach Ridge Collection for August.
Writing out scripture is a wonderful way to remember Bible verses. In this close-up, you can see how I used number stickers from the Planner Kit to highlight each verse. I also used mint alphas from the Travelers Notebook Memory Keeping Kit at the top of the page, and enamel dots to enclose the verse numbers 9-13. Lastly, I wanted to fill in the space left between the end of the verse and the scalloped, washi border. So, I chose a charming sticker with leaves and flowers from the Peach Ridge Planner Add On Kit to finish off the page.
