Hello, friends!
Big or small, we all have goals we want to accomplish. Many of us face road blocks in achieving our goals due to consistency and not having a place to track your progress. Today, our Creative Team shares ways to use the Cocoa Daisy Collections to visualize your goals and document your success.
Goals are more likely to be accomplished when we see them everyday. Belinda’s project is a great way to visualize your goals, and make them pretty, too!
"For October I decided to make a framed Goal List for my desk. I utilized the Umber and Gold Subscriber Printables, Umber and Gold Planner Printables & Newsletter Paper Printable to make this project.
I started with some fun stamping using my favorite Cocoa Daisy Alpha Stamp Set, then chose the gorgeous wise Owl featured in this month's artwork.
Next, I highlighted the Arrows by cutting them out and gluing them to some white card stock, then added some scruffy black lines.
I finished it off by layering some of my favourite deco images at the bottom of my page."
Tiffany is utilizing the Gather Collection to track several goals for the upcoming month.
"Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on things we’re grateful for. In that spirit, I prepped my Cocoa Daisy Daisy Planner notes section for 30 days of gratitude. Inspired by Creative Teammate, Jennifer Miller Crowder’s journal pages, I’ll write something that I’m thankful for each day. To keep it simple, I’ve allotted 2 lines of journaling per day.
At the top of both pages, I used die cuts from the Gather Planner Kit& the Gather Planner Add-On Kit to cover the word, “Notes”. At the bottom of each page, I added flowers that I cut out from the Gather Planner Printable. I printed the flowers onto clear, matte sticker paper.
Last, I used a spiral craft punch to add the 4” x 6” “Gratitude” journal card to my planner. I topped off the card with the cute, chipboard piece, “this & that” from the Gather Traveler's Notebook Memory Keeping Kit.
As the new year approaches, one of my goals is to improve my health. My first step is to track my habits in a creative way, of course! Using 4-week trackers from the Gather Classic Sticker Kit & the Gather Planner Sticker Kit, I’ll document several areas in my Gather SimpleDori booklet: restful sleep, skincare, exercise, and healthy eating.
The coffee tag on the right is a 1-week tracker. It originally said “hydrate”, however, I changed that using yellow alphas from the Planner Add-On Kit.
I used a craft punch to make a tag out of the quote on the left. It was originally a 3” x 4” card from the Gather Pocket Cards Only Kit. I decorated the rest of the page by adding leaves that I fussy cut from the Gather Planner Printable. I printed the leaves on clear, matte, sticker paper. I love the delicate touch that they add to the page!"
