This month’s kit is perfect for all those Fall memories, cozy feelings, and Thanksgiving. It was so easy to work with this kit that the page took no time to come together. Let’s look at the project.

Hi there! It’s Nathalie with you to share a new project using the beautiful
Gather & Glow Scrapbooking Kit in my Gather & Glow Simple Daisy Notebook. I wanted a simple way to showcase the large photo, plenty of journaling, and the feel of the photo in one spread. So, I picked a spread in my
Gather & Glow Simple Daisy Notebook that had patterned paper and a simple ledger for it.
It all started with the title and placement for my journaling. I chose to create a cluster at the top left corner of the spread using rub-ons, die cuts, and phrase stickers from the
Gather & Glow Scrapbooking Kit. For the title, I used a combination of sentiments from the stamp set included in the
Gather & Glow Scrapbooking Kit. The messy and distressed look of this helped to balance the photo.
Once I added my journaling, I decided to cap off the page with extra icon stamping as well as a few more rub-on pieces from the
Gather & Glow Scrapbooking Kit. I just made sure that the placement and size of the elements balanced the other side of the spread.
Since I had a large photo, there was very little to do on this side of the page. So, I started with running a piece of washi tape at the bottom of the patterned side of the spread. This serves as an anchor for the rest of the pieces. Next, I added my photo and a few pieces from the
Gather & Glow Scrapbooking Kit. I love how this turned out!! I cannot wait to see what you are creating with the Gather & Glow Scrapbooking Kit.
