I wanted a spread that had a premade title and a blank/ledger style on the opposite page, so that it will help with handling a few photos in between them. The vellum pocket in Along The Path Creative Kit was part of the inspiration to create a sort of floating dash for my Along the Path Simple Daisy Notebook.

 

 

To create the dashboard, I trimmed the vellum to size and scored at about ½” from the left to create a flap of sorts. I glued it to the left edge of the plain paper of the spread and cover the piece -on the notebook with a strip of washi tape from the Along The Path Creative Kit. Then, I glued the photos to the vellum so that they sit at the exact opposite side of the vellum flap. I added one of the folding tabs from the die cut pieces in the Along The Path Creative Kit to make it easier to turn the dashboard.

 

 

Since the title page is already printed in my Along the Path Simple Daisy Notebook, I just added a few rub-ons from the  Along The Path Creative Kit on the top left and bottom right corner of the page. I made sure to bring the décor on the corners of the title to the journaling side of the page.

 

 

Using a combination of die cuts and and rub-ons from the Along The Path Creative Kit, I created the background for my journaling page. I love the sentiments in the Under The Stars Stamp Set, I used them to create a sort of subtitle and journaling placement for this side of the spread.

 

 

I love how this spread in my Along the Path Simple Daisy Notebook came together with the Along The Path Creative Kit and Under The Stars Stamp Set. The combination was just perfect to bring the memory to life in the notebook. I hope this inspires you to get your memories documented with this kit, too!
