Memory Keeping and Bullet Journaling in the Simple Notebook
Hello, friends!
It's ok to blur the lines when it comes to planning and memory keeping. In fact, it might make the most sense for you to use one notebook for all the things! Less to keep up with and very convenient, don't you think?
Traci Reed - Scrap Small Saturday in the Simple Notebook
As I embark on this new year, I've decided to combine the realms of memory keeping and bullet journaling into one album, and what better way to do it than the gorgeous Silent Moon Simple Daisy Notebook? This fun approach not only streamlines my creative pursuits but also adds a touch of charm to my daily life!
The first thing I did was decorate the cover of the album using papers and washi from the Silent Moon Traveler's Notebook Memory Keeping Kit and adding stickers from Silent Moon Modern Memory Keeping Kit.
I added more paper and the calendar card from the Silent Moon Modern Memory Keeping Kit on the inside cover and then added January 2024 using the Silent Moon Stamps and stickers from the Silent Moon Memory Keeping Sticker Kit.
Before I ever started adding memory keeping the book, I went ahead and set up a few pages in advance, like this intro page I knew I would want to use to journal about the beginning of the month feels
After I started the year, I added in my journaling and then a large photo on one of the 8x3 tags from the Silent Moon Traveler's Notebook Memory Keeping Kit as a tip-in using the washi tape.
I added a few more photos along the way with room for journaling and tracking all in one spread like this one of my dry January/water tracker
And this one of my book stack that I intend to use to write notes about some of the things I’ve learned from the nonfiction books I’m reading this month
I hope this approach to goal tracking and memory keeping inspires you!
