Make Your Own Dividers with Sun-Drenched Planner Kit

The Sun-Drenched Personal Size Inserts from Cocoa Daisy are great for all your planning needs, especially when paired with the Sun-Drenched Planner Kit! I'm sharing my favorite way I use the Planner Kit to setup my Personal Rings Planner.
Make Your Own Dividers with Sun-Drenched Planner Kit
The Sun-Drenched Planner Kit comes with several double-sided large pattern papers that can be trimmed down to be the base of your DIY divider. Having dividers in a ring bound system is helpful for organizing the various sections of your planner. Here I trimmed one of the papers, backed the journal card with another pattern paper, and finished the divider off with some hand-drawn stitching scribbles.
The sticky notes that came with the Sun-Drenched Planner Kit are great for jotting down notes, but they can also be utilized to embellish your dividers! The stickers are came in handy for this divider. The hole reinforcers were the perfect punch of color this divider needed. The embellishment cluster came together with a few of the die cuts and clear stickers layered together.
I didn't have enough of one of the pattern papers to make a full divider so I combined two papers together and I love the layered effect it provides. When in doubt, a little black splatter goes a long way! You can either use black paint (watering it down helps!) or in my case, an older Cocoa Daisy stamp set.
With your leftover items from the Sun-Drenched Planner Kit, go ahead and deck out those pockets! This is probably my favorite part of a planner setup is making the front pockets looks cute. A quick tip: add a little bit of washi behind the elements you had. This helps keep them in place without have to stick them down permanently.
