Hello Pink!

Hello Pink!
Greetings! Today on the blog we are all about pink and have two awesome designs to share from our creative team. Mel’s going to share a TN design and Kristine is sharing her Happy Planner memory keeping layout. Mel is starting us off with her sweet hello to 2020. “This challenge was so fun to complete, I love the colour pink and was so very happy to see this grid paper in the TN notebook!” “The pink pattern paper was my starting point and from there I opted to use embellishments that were either pink or complimented my colour palette! The glasses diecut was a fun accent to use, I thought it was an ideal match to my glasses!” We love Mel’s color scheme and the embellishments she chose which are perfectly placed to lead us around her layout. The eye glass die cuts are a real hit will of us who wear glasses! Now let’s take a look at Kristine’s Happy Planner design. “I had SO much fun using a ton of pink elements on my memory keeping spread for next week! I use a basic template for each day in my Happy Planner - most days have one rectangle that’s decorative, one that contains a photo, and one for journaling. Obviously, if an event or series of events comes up that requires a switch from that template, I’m flexible. But for my basic week where normal life is happening, that’s my system. Here’s how my whole spread looks for this week, using this system:” “Let’s take a look at some details! I had a lot of fun creating this left page:” “For the upper left square, I borrowed Christine’s technique of cutting a piece of the vellum to fit, then laid some die cuts and images from the free printables over it. I love how it came out!” “On the lower half of the page, I used papers to cut out and piece together circles, and I cut the paper airplanes out of another piece of paper. So cute! And the “don’t forget” clipboard was fussy cut from one of the personal dashboards:” “On the right side, I used the vellum technique again, and I also trimmed the cardboard backing from a couple of the chipboard stickers for the upper right corner (plus some glitter dots, my most favorite accessory ever!)” : Wow, our creative team really embraced the pinks in the Noted kits and created some truly lovely designs! We’d love to see what you’ve created with our kits by sharing on your social media account and tagging us (#cocoadaisy) or in our private Facebook group. Have a wonderful day!!! ~Robin
