We all have markers or highlighters, right?! I feel like sometimes we overlook their unique and different capabilities. Yes they 'mark' or 'highlight' but they can do so much more! In the Gather & Glow Planner kit we received a Zebra Mildliner in Cooper that has a point end and also a dot marker on the other.
If you look carefully you can see I've used it for a large circle for a task to mark off. I've also used it to signify a division on the page. There is always room for decoration so it's also placed as a series of three lines around the page, dashed and faint lines, and also highlighting the corner angles as a little art deco vibe as well.
Last but certainly not the last use for you highlighter I've created a little "watercolor" splash around the page. I drew on a used sticker sheet and added a couple drops of water. I spread out the colored drops so they would be so very small as to not make the page too damp and then proceeded to dip them. Then with a little colored water that is left made larger lighter blobs around the page to create this cool water color effect!
