I loved the mixed media page on the right of the page. So, I wanted to match the feel on the opposite side of the spread so that it balances it all. My choice was to use some of the rub-ons in the Inklings Creative Kit and add to the left edge of the page, then with a repetitive imprint of one of the designs in the Inklings Stamp Set along to the right of the rub-on application.

 

 

To create my title, I look for a spot where the stamp imprint is darker, as it will help me emphasize my title. For this, I combine the imprint from the Inklings Stamp Set with one of the die cuts from the Inklings Creative Kit, and trimmed one of the cards to get the small sentiment that completes my title cluster. The lines of journaling just get added to the right of the stamp imprint.

 

 

For my photo page, I wanted to make the picture pop from the colorful background (especially since it is in color). I am taking advantage of the cards in the Inklings Creative Kit to build a cluster of layers behind the photo (the black and white cards help to highlight the photo). Since I had cut some of card for the title, I used some of the extra pieces to help with the layering in the photo.

 

I used the small vinyl sticker that was included in my Inklings Kit box, just to add a bit of interest next to the picture, and I love the result. I hope this has inspired you to get creative in your Inklings Simple Daisy Notebook with your Inklings Creative Kit and Inklings Stamp Set.
