Card making with Lillian’s Garden Kits

Card making with Lillian’s Garden Kits
Hello Friends! Today, it is all about cards and the Lillian's Garden Traveler‚Äôs Notebook Memory Keeping Kit is chock full of beautiful elements to use on your cards.

Carol Weatherspoonds: Three Ideas for Cards

I created three cards using patterned paper, die cuts, rub-ons, stamps, and stickers. These cards are just so soft and feminine, I just love the gorgeous colors.     For my first card, I added the shiplap patterned paper along with a scalloped border edge. I also used a couple of sweet rub-ons to add the pots and frogs to the bottom right side of the card. I then added a puffy sticker for a little dimension. In the center of the card, I used some florals as well as a sentiment.     For my second card, I thought that less was more for this card. So, I used a couple of strips of patterned paper running vertically in the center of the card and added my embellishments and sentiment in clusters toward the center. This cluster brings your eye right to the center of the card and the colors play off of each other beautifully.     And last but certainly not least, for my third card, I used a bold horizontal striped patterned paper and added just a few elements along with the stamped word "HI" using the Beanstalk Alpha stamp set. All of these cards would be great to give packaged as a gift. Remember, the contents that are in all of Cocoa Daisy's kits are great to use for cards so don't be afraid to put a few to the side and whip up a few cards!
