You cannot mix preorders with regular products
List your meals on the right. Write out your grocery list on the left.
Second, record something meaningful about each day:
On the left side, there is room to expand your thoughts. Focus on something that happened that week (as shown above).
Other things I've heard people document are: their moods, news headlines of the day, positive affirmations, exercise and/or chore schedules, and funny things that your kid(s) say.
Third, try journaling about something fun. In February of this year, I created a list of random things I love from A to Z:
Use the space on the left side of the page to write more about something on your list (as shown below).
Last month, I chose to center my list on food. During my COVID-19 self-quarantine, I gained a few pounds. Who didn't? Ha, ha, ha! I enjoyed every bite. Here is my list from A to G:
