2 Different Ways To Go Horizontal from Ria and Kristine
Horizons are synonymous with possibilities. Look at the following quotes.

Never look down to test the ground before taking your next step; only he who keeps his eye fixed on the far horizon will find the right road. Dag Hammarskjold

Between two worlds life hovers like a star, twixt night and morn, upon the horizon's verge. Lord Byron

The health of the eye seems to demand a horizon. We are never tired, so long as we can see far enough. Ralph Waldo Emerson

Two of our designers took on the challenge to design with horizons in mind. We love how different their projects turned out to be. The options are endless when you're going horizontal! Kristine Bryant "For this layout, I went very simple - I used the stencil from the Travelers Notebook Memory Keeping Kit with two colors of ink to add a bit of depth. Since this week is my first week off school for the year, I added puffy letters (the black ones are also from the Serengeti TNMK, and the white ones are from a prior kit) to denote summer vacay, added a few die cut stickers from the Planner Add-On Kit, and a few strips of washi. And that‚Äôs it! I‚Äôll use the other boxes for photos and journaling this week. I love how clean and graphic this page is. ‚ù§Ô∏è"   Ria de Lara "Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well! Today‚Äôs prompt is to create a horizontal design on a third of your layout. My designs always tend to be simple and minimalist so this prompt was right up my alley. I began by choosing colors that go well with my photo. As the theme for my photo is ‚ÄòFall Season‚Äô, I gathered embellishments in orange, red, peaches and browns. Once I have chosen which sentiments I like, I made them fit into the middle third of my layout. The graph paper of our Traveler‚Äôs Notebook was truly helpful in this aspect. This layout was done in less than 10 minutes. I love how our Cocoa Daisy kits make memory keeping so easy."
